Ok, part Two of appliance repair of only a four year old Kitchenaid Free standing range. Now for the repair: Premier Appliance of Augusta was called on the 17th of May. Appointment made for 18th May, Tom Marshall, owner arrived on time, took a few minutes to determine problem, a non-working dual radiant heating element, ordered part, and told us part would be available sometime early the following week. I checked with Premier, Monday, 22 May. Was told part would arrive to Augusta at 7pm the 23rd, and could have it installed morning of the 24th. Of course! Morning of the 24th repairman Luke arrived within the stated two hour window, proceeded to install the new Heating element. Took all of five minutes. Tested unit before final reassembly, two screws to hold top in place. So let me recap: from date of first call to set up appointment and to final day of repair took Seven Days! That in my opinion is amazing! I called Premier based on the reviews I read. They earned those Five Star ratings. I will add my own Five Star rating. Good job! Recommend!
